One of my favorite parts of football is the slow motion playback function. How many times have I wished for that in real life? Oh man. Lots.


The best replays are of the kickers. They look like ballet dancers. Especially when the kick is blocked, like it was for Jon Ryan, from the Packers, this weekend. I'm really not being a jerk, it's just that you never get to see a dancer get pummelled by a 300lb guy. It's amazing to see the body's response.


The Bears won 35-7. I don't think anyone's performance in those conditions can be criticized. I wouldn't have been able to sit in the stands for that long.
